We collect the following categories of data:

• Account data: your email address, name (optional) and an encrypted password.
• Profile and health-related preferences: goal, dietary preference, allergies, gender, age, weight, height, activity level, budget, currency, cooking time and units. You choose what to provide.
• Usage data: meal plans, pantry items, shopping lists, saved history and support messages you create.
• Payment data: subscription status and billing identifiers from Stripe. We never receive or store your full card number.
• Telegram data: if you use the bot, your Telegram chat identifier and language, used to link your account and deliver messages.
• Technical data: basic logs needed to operate and secure the Service.

2. 2. How we use your data

We use your data to:

• create and manage your account across the website and Telegram bot;
• generate personalized meal plans, recipes and shopping lists;
• process subscriptions and payments;
• provide customer support and respond to your requests;
• maintain security, prevent abuse and comply with legal obligations.

3. 3. AI processing

To generate meal plans, the preferences you provide are sent to our AI provider to produce a personalized result. We share only what is needed to generate your plan and do not sell this data.

4. 4. Legal bases

Where applicable law (such as the GDPR) requires it, we process your data on the basis of: performance of our contract with you (providing the Service), your consent (for optional profile and health preferences you choose to enter), and our legitimate interests (security and improving the Service).

5. 5. Sharing with third parties

We share data only with service providers who help us operate the Service, including our payment processor (Stripe), our AI and infrastructure providers, and Telegram (when you use the bot). These providers process data on our behalf under appropriate safeguards. We do not sell your personal data.

6. 6. Data retention

We keep your data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we delete or anonymize your personal data within a reasonable period, except where we must retain limited records to comply with legal, tax or accounting obligations.

7. 7. Your rights

Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, export or delete your personal data, and to object to or restrict certain processing. You can edit most profile data directly in the app. To exercise other rights, contact us through the Support section or the Telegram bot.

8. 8. Security

We use industry-standard measures to protect your data, including encrypted passwords and secure connections. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect your information.

9. 9. Children

The Service is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect data from children. If you believe a child has provided us data, contact us and we will delete it.

We may update this Privacy Policy. Material changes will be announced within the Service. The "last updated" date above reflects the latest revision.
