Welcome to Eatwise. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Eatwise website, application and Telegram bot (together, the "Service"), which provide AI-generated meal plans, recipes, shopping lists and related nutrition tools. By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
The Service is operated by the Eatwise team ("we", "us", "our"). You can reach us at any time through the in-app Support section or via our Telegram bot @Eatwise4you_bot.
You must be at least 16 years old (or the age of digital consent in your country) to use the Service. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping your login credentials confidential.
You are responsible for all activity that happens under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized use. One person may not maintain more than one free account to circumvent usage limits.
Your account is shared across the website and the Telegram bot: logging in with the same email links both, and your subscription and data stay in sync.
Eatwise uses artificial intelligence to generate meal plans, recipes, ingredient lists and nutritional estimates based on the preferences you provide (such as goals, dietary preferences, allergies and budget).
AI-generated content may contain inaccuracies. Nutritional values, portion sizes and cooking instructions are estimates and should be verified before you rely on them. You are responsible for checking every ingredient against your own allergies, intolerances and medical needs.
Eatwise is an informational tool only. It does not provide medical, nutritional, or professional dietary advice and is not a substitute for consultation with a qualified physician or registered dietitian.
Always consult a healthcare professional before starting any diet, especially if you are pregnant, nursing, have a medical condition, food allergies, or take medication. Never disregard professional medical advice because of something generated by the Service.
The Service offers a free tier with limited usage and a paid "Premium" subscription. Premium is available as a monthly plan at US$7.99 per month and an annual plan at US$59.99 per year. Prices are shown at checkout and may change with prior notice for future billing periods.
Payments are processed by our payment provider, Stripe. We do not store your full card details. By subscribing you authorize recurring charges to your payment method until you cancel.
Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period. You can cancel at any time from the Billing section; cancellation stops future renewals and your Premium access continues until the end of the current paid period.
Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

The Service, including its design, software, and branding, is owned by Eatwise and protected by applicable law. Meal plans and recipes generated for you may be used for your personal, non-commercial purposes.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any health outcomes arising from your use of AI-generated meal plans. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or use the Service in a way that could harm us or other users.
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes we will notify you within the Service. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
